A free bone density workshop for active adults in the Upstate who refuse to let aging slow them down — hosted by Myomuv + DexaFit.

Most active adults have no idea what's happening inside their bones — until it's too late.
Bone density loss is silent. It doesn't announce itself the way a torn ligament does. Most people assume that staying in the gym is enough protection — but the research tells a very different story.
A DEXA scan is the gold standard for measuring bone density, body composition, and fracture risk. In 15 minutes, you learn more about your actual skeletal health than a decade of guessing ever could.
This workshop brings together the clinical expertise of Myomuv's DPT team and DexaFit's precision body composition technology so you leave with real data — and a real plan.

-Women 50+ experience an osteoporosis fracture in their lifetime
-54M Americans have low bone density or osteoporosis — most undiagnosed
-Silent Bone loss happens with zero symptoms before fractures appear
-Fixable With the right training and nutrition intervention caught early
How bone density actually works Why cardio alone isn't enough, how weight training changes bone architecture, and the hormonal factors most providers never discuss with you.
Nutrition and supplementation truth Calcium and Vitamin D are just the beginning. We'll cover what the evidence actually supports — and what's mostly marketing.
Reading your DEXA results What T-scores and Z-scores actually mean for your specific sport and activity level — not just whether you're "normal" for your age.
Fracture risk and injury prevention How bone density connects to the injuries active adults hate most — stress fractures, hip injuries, and "one bad fall" scenarios.
Training interventions that work Specific loading protocols proven to build bone density — whether you're a runner, pickleball player, CrossFitter, or hiker in the Upstate.
Your personalized next steps You won't leave with a generic handout. You'll leave with a clear direction based on your age, activity level, goals, and what the data tells us
If you're in the Upstate — running trails in Greenville, playing pickleball in Anderson, hiking at Caesar's Head, or crushing CrossFit in Spartanburg — this workshop was designed for you.

A: Not at all. The workshop stands alone as an educational event. We'll have a discounted scan option available for attendees on the night, but it's completely optional.
A: Peak bone density is reached in your late 20s to early 30s. The decisions you make in your 35s and 40s determine what you're working with at 65. The earlier you understand your bone health, the more options you have.
This workshop is especially valuable for you. We'll cover specific evidence-based training protocols, nutrition strategies, and modifications that actually move the needle on bone density scores.
About 90 minutes — 5:30 to 7:00 PM. We leave time for Q&A so you can get answers specific to your situation.
A: Yes, free parking on-site. The exact address and parking details will be included in your confirmation email right after you register.
Bryan and Ethan share one philosophy: the standard of care in the Upstate should be better. More time. More attention. More honesty. And zero tolerance for cookie-cutter treatment plans that don't work.
Between the two of them they've helped hundreds of runners, cyclists, CrossFitters, pickleball players, hikers, and active adults across the upstate get back to doing what makes them feel alive — and stay there.
This workshop is an extension of that mission. Just two DPTs who care about your long-term health showing up to give you the information most providers never take the time to share.
