Alex - Crossfit Athlete

I was having issues with multiple areas. My hips always felt tight. I was weak in the bottom position of a squat and my mobility was an issue. Coaches would notice I had a compensation with my movments. I watched videos online. I tried troubleshooting myself. I saw other physical therapist who told me to stop doing Crossfit.

Then I found Bryan at Myomuv. During the first session Bryan watched my during different Crossfit movements. Squats, Deadlifts, RDLs, Lunges. He found the imbalances and educated me. I never had to take time off from the gym because my exercises were Crossfit based. Bryan is more than a physical therapist. He is a performance expert and he has forever changed my status in Crossfit! My squat is my single greatest strength now and I continue to use Bryan as a resource!
